Known Bugs
Version 1.5.0
- Images are uploading as BMP when resized on device.
- Some users are unable to save drafts.
Version 1.4.3
- The page limit is set to 10, if you have more then 10 pages, you will only get 10 of them. (fixed in 1.4.4)
Version 1.4.0
- A localization bug prevents opening of comments scene if your locale is not English.(to be fixed in 1.4.1)
Version 1.3.2
- Some sites replies with a 501 status code on login (due to high security on the server and relaxed formatting of the request). (fixed in 1.4.0)
Version 1.3.1
- Reported from user: I seem to have run into an issue where the permalink is regenerated when editing a page/post even when it was customized to begin with. So if I made a post that was titled “Jamie’s Great Post” but changed the permalink (in the wp-admin) to “jamies-post” then after editing the post with Poster, it seems to revert to the original permalink of “jamies-great-post”
Version 1.3.0
- Device may freeze on posts page during refresh. (fixed in 1.3.1)
Version 1.2.0
- Uploaded images are not resized. On a Pre, an image is around 2MB. This might lead to (a) failure in upload, (b) slowdowns in visualization of post. To avoid slowdowns in the application, use the “No Image” mode in the edit screen. (fixed in 1.4.0)
Version 1.0.0
- “Sign In” misspelled to “Sing In” (fixed in 1.0.1)

I would love it if there was an option so that when I upload a photo, after it is done uploading, that when you return to the text portion the picture just shows a white box and doesn’t try to load the pic. After adding 2 or more photos it really starrts bogging the system down. Any way to make it run faster even though I upload photos?
When uploading multiple photos, after 2 or more the system starts bogging down. The more you attach to a post, the slower the system gets. Anyway to maybe turn off photo rendering and just show a blank frame where the photo is? I think that would fix the issue, but maybe I am wrong.
Hi Brian, yes, I’m aware of the issue. Currently the application is posting the photos full size (around 2 MB). Sometime that might fail because they are just to big and the network connection might stop in the meanwhile.
In the editing screen (version 1.2.0+) there is a “No Image” button at the top. That button is temporarily disabling the visualization of images. This avoids slowdowns.
keep getting a 406 error. Credentials issue. I run wp on my own website
Hi there, to test what is going on I need the website url.
hello… I created my 1st post with Poster and everything went fine, but I did have a problem with the photo that I uploaded directly from my Palm PIXI did not show in the post. All I got was a ?. When I clicked on the ?, I could see the photo. Could there be a problem with the html that Poster generates or is it something that I am doing wrong?
Image should be loaded. If it is big, it will take a little bit to display on the device. I’m currently in the process of making the image upload more effective.
